Writing Plays

Today we starting to write our plays in small groups. We will be working on our scripts during the week. Our focus is on making our characters seem real.

These are some of our reflections about today’s writing.

April- I’m excited about play scripts because kids can organise their own thoughts and work in teams.

Tracy- Play scripts are about acting and learning about expressing ourselves using different voices.

Doan- Play scripts are about different character roles and using our voices to act out the character.

Huy- Play scripts are about dialogue and setting the scenes.

Duy- We are planning and writing our own play scripts from stories.

Sally- Play scripts are about making a narrative more real and interesting. The characters become real to us.

Thanks for the reflections!!:)
